Programming

Ft. Lauderdale architect

Our main focus is to design buildings that adequately meet the needs of those who use them on a daily basis. Whether a space serves teachers, doctors, or administrators, it is essential to determine the functional and operational requirements of any building before design begins.

Design itself is a problem solving process; programming allows us to define the scope of the problem. It is important to begin a project by taking the time to investigate and review existing conditions, collect data, interview staff, determine future needs, and forecast growth.

Programming must be a collaborative effort that involves all parties with a stake in the design's success. We are confident that our process will provide a clear vision that entails a sensible, creative and economically sound solution.
