University of Tampa West Parking Garage Expansion

In order to keep up with increasing enrollment at the University of Tampa, the university expanded their six-story West Parking Garage by 750 spaces.
The expanded garage incorporated a stormwater retention vault, formwork and reinforcement, relocation of the existing garage entrance, value engineering and creation of architectural features. Work was completed on the project while regular operations were maintained on the campus.
