Seminole Hard Rock Resort and Casino | 1,300 spaces | 2006
By utilizing the design/build delivery method, Harvard Jolly completed an addition to an existing parking garage at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tampa, Florida. The five-level garage added 518 spaces, bringing the total for Seminole Hard Rock’s largest garage to 1,300 spaces.
The garage was constructed with a Coreslab pretopped double tee system. One elevator and staircase service the addition. The design also included lighting, rain leaders and drains, stand pipe system, fire alarm, and video surveillance.
